1 Damaged Items
1.1 I recieved an item that was damaged

We thoroughly check every item before it leaves the store; however, if you receive an item that is damaged, contact the store via email within 2 days of the item being delivered to be eligible for a refund. Where possible we will happily replace the item, but please note that we do not manufacture our products, and do not offer any warranty on products. Damages noted outside of the time period will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2.1 How do items fit?

We get it, the right fit is crucial!

Because we do not manufacture our products, and products come from a variety of different brands, sizing does vary. Where possible, we will always do our best you to inform you about sizing specifics in the product description to let you know when to size up or size down.
