We hope you love every piece you purchase, but we understand that sometimes that doesn't work out. We are happy to offer you an exchange or store credit on regular priced items if you are not completely satisfied.

Free Shipping Over $150

We are excited to offer free shipping on all orders of regular priced goods over $150. Sorry, this does not apply to sale purchases and is restricted to Canada only.

Exchange & Store Credit

We get it, sometimes pieces just don't work out. All regular priced items are eligible for an exchange or in-store credit within 14 days of purchase, so long as the following criteria is met:

  • If an item is purchased in-store, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to bring the item back. If an item is purchased online, we must receive the item within 14 days of date it was delivered to you.
  • All tags must be attached to the clothing in the way it was originally fastened (not cut, pinned, etc.)
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Absolutely no damages.

If you purchased items online, you can mail them back to us at your expense, or return them to our in-store location. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item you received was damaged.

If an item is received outside of this 14 day time period, no exchange or credit will be offered.

If you receive a damaged item

We thoroughly check every item before it leaves the store; however, if you receive an item that is damaged, contact the store via email within 2 days of the item being delivered to be eligible for a refund. Where possible we will happily replace the item, but please note that we do not manufacture our products, and do not offer any warranty on products. Damages noted outside of the time period will not be eligible for return or exchange.
