Stylist & Sales Advisor (part-time) - multiple positions available.
We are looking for skilled Stylist & Sales Advisors to join The Paisley Boutique team!
Stylist & Sales Advisors have intimate knowledge of our products and brands, and will develop deep, long-lasting relationships with customers that lead to an increase in sales, service, and loyalty. The role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The core duties of the role:
As a Stylist & Sales Advisor, you are responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive experience at Paisley, and always leave the store happy.
- Sell through out the store and style customers from head to toe
- Develop long-term customer relationships by engaging with customers and understanding their needs - who they are, what they like/dislike, preferences, etc.
- Keep on top of fashion and style trends and translate this information into advice for clients
- Demonstrate product and style expertise, specifically how it will help satisfy the customer’s needs
- Respond to customer concerns and resolve them in a professional manner
- Assist with inventory, including receiving items, steaming new arrivals and stocking merchandise
- Assist in merchandising, including creating product displays, styling mannequins, and more
- Assist with daily store organization and cleaning tasks

- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
Role requirements:
- Physical ability to remain standing for the majority of an eight-hour shift
- Available to work during core boutique hours, including weekend shifts
